Product characteristics:
Plastic primer is a kind of fast drying single component transparent primer used to enhance the adhesion between paint film and plastic common peg. The paint film is hard, anti-oxidation adhesion, excellent weather resistance and good film fullness
Purpose:Spray on plastic surface of automobile bumper to enhance adhesion between plastic and paint.

Construction method:
1. first use 400-600 grit sandpaper to polish, and then use degreaser to remove surface stains
2. spraying tools and air pressure: upper pot 1.2-1.4mm
Lower pot: 1.3-1.5mm
Traditional spray gun: 3-4 bar RP spray gun: 2.0-2.5 bar HVLP spray gun: 2.2 bar
3. spraying speed / film thickness: 2-3 layers.. 1-2um
Interval 5-10 minutes.. 20 degrees
Last interval: 10-15 minutes.. 20 degrees
4. the product does not need diluent. Please use it directly without spraying too thick
5. after spraying for 10-15 minutes, apply primer vigorously. Prevent dry
6. the unopened can be stored for about 5 years. After opening, the unopened can be stored for about 2 years
| Matters needing attention |
Make sure the primer is dry when spraying the top coat.
Pay attention to the cleanliness of the environment on the spraying site.
The unused paint and diluent shall be sealed.
Coating personnel shall wear labor protection appliances and pay attention to occupational health.
Strengthen ventilation, pay attention to fire prevention and put an end to fire sources.
During storage and transportation, it shall comply with relevant regulations, avoid sun and rain, isolate fire source and keep away from heat source.
