Construction process:
1. Working environment, equipment requirements and surface treatment requirements of coated objects:
1) . the spraying environment shall be clean and equipped with good air supply and exhaust devices, which shall not be constructed and stored in the dust flying environment;
2) . the gas produced by the air compressor shall be effectively treated by oil-water separation to ensure the quality of spraying gas;
3) . it is recommended to select a spray gun with a diameter of about 1.5-2.0mm, and clean it after construction;
4) . the surface of the coated workpiece shall be dry, flat and free of oil, rust, oxide layer, dust, etc. The finish coat shall be applied to primed surfaces.
2. Construction process:
1) . before use, the paint shall be stirred evenly to avoid color difference, poor covering power and other problems;
2) . relative humidity about 25 ℃ 50-70%
3) . spraying viscosity of all types of bright and matte paint (coating - 4 cups, 25 ℃) for 16-18s
4) . spraying distance 20-30cm
5) . film thickness 20um
6). ratio of paint and curing agent: Paint: curing agent = 2:1
3. Precautions:
1). filter the prepared paint with 200 mesh filter screen before coating;
2). when spraying, the amount of paint shall not be too large, and the gun shall be even, and the method of multiple thin spraying shall be adopted;
3) . the paint added with curing agent shall be used up within 4 hours to avoid waste of gelation;
4). the product should be placed in a well ventilated, cool and dry place;
