Manual case erecting typically runs at 5-8 cases per minute, depending on operator skill and fatigue. Our automatic erector-sealer system delivers 15 to 25 cases per minute, fully synchronized with your downstream case packer or filling line. This means your upstream equipment never waits for boxes, and your downstream packing never outruns your box supply.
Two critical functions, one intelligent platform:
Automatic Case Erection: The system uses a vacuum suction head to pull a flat blank from the magazine, opens it to a square shape, and folds the bottom flaps. Powered by a servo motor, the erecting mechanism handles a wide range of case sizes—from small 200mm-width boxes to large 600mm-width shipping cartons—with simple manual adjustment or optional auto-size-change.
Automatic Bottom & Top Sealing: Once the case is erected and the product is loaded (either manually at a packing station or via an automatic packer), the sealing section applies hot melt glue or pressure-sensitive tape to the top and bottom flaps. The sealing head uses spring-loaded floating rollers that adapt to different box thicknesses, ensuring consistent seal tension without crushing the carton.
