This machine is specially designed for screen printing on flat products such as cosmetic powder cases, lids, stationery rulers, flat pens, transparent meter covers and other flat-panel products.

It integrates synchronous automatic feeding & discharging, loading & unloading manipulators, product detection, ion wind dust removal, UV curing, and high/low speed mechanical synchronous conveying, greatly improving printing efficiency with a maximum printing speed of up to 3000 pcs/hr.

Equipped with electronic sensors, it realizes automatic monitoring functions including “No Product, No Printing" and low air pressure alarm.

All electrical components and control systems are imported from Germany and Japan, ensuring stable and consistent printing quality.
