The equipment is composed of a servo curved surface screen printing machine, a divider turntable workbench, an automatic loading/unloading manipulator, and a conveying mechanism. It is used for screen printing on circular, square, and product shell surfaces, with fully automatic working status.

1. Operators place products on the positioning groove pipe position of the conveyor belt.
2. The loading manipulator grabs products from the incoming conveyor belt and places them into the screen printing fixture.
3. The screen printing fixture adopts full front-to-back clamping to ensure accurate positioning, no shaking or shifting during printing.
4. The turntable transmission adopts a servo turntable, which precisely divides and distributes the movement sequence of each mechanism for efficient and safe operation.
5. During screen printing, the lateral speed of the screen printing plate matches the product movement speed to avoid pattern stretching or contraction.
6. Before printing, the high-voltage electrostatic device and dust removal system perform surface treatment to ensure stable printing quality and reduce dust-caused flaws.
7. The screen printing mechanism and cutting knife mechanism are driven by precision cylinders. The new pre-positioning mechanism (with photoelectric sensors) controls the pre-positioning motor, improving color matching accuracy by reducing misalignment between the shell and fixture.
8. Equipped with an electric heating system.
9. Full Process: Manual feeding → manipulator placing into fixture → turntable rotation → electrostatic treatment → flame treatment → printing → LED curing → manipulator unloading to conveyor belt → operator taking out for high-temperature treatment in high-temperature furnace.
