Semi-automatic thermal transfer printing for cups: manual cup loading, automatic positioning, automatic in-place detection, automatic film positioning, and one-button start. Operated by a single worker, greatly improving production efficiency and reducing labor costs.

360° thermal transfer printing on cup surfaces. Max printing area: adjustable up to Height 200mm * Diameter 250mm.

III. Production Flow

1. Manually install the printing film on the material rack and place the cup on the fixture.
2. Automatic positioning & in-place detection.
3. Press the start button.
4. Heating head lowers to complete 360° thermal transfer.
5. Heating head rises and automatic film stripping.
6. Manually unload the printed cup and load a new blank cup for the next cycle.
