Product Introduction

This series is specially designed for large-area hot stamping. When switching products of different sizes, only the positioning fixture and feeding channel need to be replaced, featuring strong applicability. Controlled by PLC system with touch screen operation interface, the workbench is driven by a hydraulic-pneumatic combined cylinder to ensure more even and attractive hot stamping results.

Hot stamping pressure, temperature and time are all adjustable according to production requirements. The film retraction is controlled by a motor combined with photoelectric induction, effectively ensuring high precision. The corresponding machine model can be selected based on product specifications; the stroke can be adjusted via a handwheel, and the rubber roller is easy to replace.
