The unit is manufactured from 304 stainless steel , offering excellent waterproof , UV resistant , cold resistant and heat resistant properties , ensuring stable operation both indoors and outdoors , even in extreme weather conditions . It supports memory mode : after multiple valid card swipes , the turnstile allows several people to pass in succession , improving traffic efficiency during peak hours . The automatic reset function ensures that if the authorised user does not pass within the set time after gaining permission , the permission is automatically cancelled and the unit returns to standby mode , preventing tailgating or misoperation . In addition , the passage delay time can be flexibly adjusted via DIP switches to suit different pedestrian flow rates .
