Product Description
The Z2137 rotating turnstile is specifically designed for high security applications such as construction sites, industrial parks, and campuses. Its full height enclosed stainless steel structure prevents climbing or crawling through, virtually eliminating unauthorised intrusion . The entire unit is waterproof, UV resistant, cold resistant, and heat resistant, ensuring reliable operation both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions. The core anti tailgating system employs an infrared light grid combined with high precision sensors to monitor the number of passing individuals in real time one valid authentication allows only one person to pass . If anyone attempts to follow closely behind, the turnstile immediately sounds an alarm and locks. Additionally , “ passage without authentication ” can be configured to trigger an alarm and notify security personnel . The turnstile is equipped with a backup battery and an electromagnetic clutch mechanism . Upon power failure, the barrier arms automatically open to an unlocked state, leaving the passage completely clear ensuring rapid evacuation of workers in emergencies such as fire or collapse , eliminating the safety hazard of a blocked exit .

1. Fully Enclosed Anti Crawl Design
The stainless steel full height structure prevents climbing or crawling through, offering an extremely high security level and effectively blocking unauthorised intrusion.
2. Intelligent Anti Tailgating with Alarm
Infrared light grid high precision sensors one authentication allows only one person to pass. Tailgating triggers an immediate alarm and lock, preventing multiple people from slipping through together.
3. Unauthenticated Passage Alarm
Can be configured to trigger an alarm and notify security personnel when passage is attempted without any authentication, enhancing active defence capabilities.
4. Power‑Fail Emergency Evacuation
Built in backup battery and electromagnetic clutch barrier arms unlock automatically the moment power fails, fully opening the passage, compliant with fire and emergency evacuation regulations.
5. Strong Environmental Adaptability
Waterproof, UV resistant, cold resistant, and heat resistant. Stainless steel construction resists corrosion. No additional protection required for indoor or outdoor use.
6. Two Way Indicator Automatic Reset
Bright two‑way arrow indicators show passage status. If the authorised user does not pass within the preset time after gaining permission, the system automatically cancels the permission preventing permission abuse.
7. Adjustable Passage Delay
Passage delay time can be flexibly adjusted via DIP switches to suit different pedestrian flow rates and scenario requirements.
