A park gate works in conditions that a lobby gate never sees: rain driven sideways, a full day of direct sun, dust from the paths, leaves in autumn and visitors who arrive with a stroller, a wheelchair or a dog on a lead. This swing gate turnstile is built for that environment. The cabinet is formed from international standard 304 stainless steel with a sealed IP43 or IP54 construction, the working range is -30 C to 70 C with relative humidity up to 95 percent without condensation, and the 1400*200*1000mm body is anchored to a concrete base so it stays level on outdoor paving. The channel is adjustable from 500mm to 1200mm, which is wide enough for a family walking side by side, a wheelchair user or a maintenance trolley, and the acrylic swing arms open in 0.5 seconds. One lane passes 25 persons per minute in controlled mode and 40 persons per minute in normally open mode for weekend peaks, and the controller accepts RFID cards, annual pass cards, QR codes, tickets and remote release from the park office.

2. How is the lane fixed to the ground?

The cabinet base plate is anchored to a concrete pad with expansion bolts, and the pad should be level within a few millimetres so the swing arms keep their alignment. We supply the base drawing before production so the site team can prepare the foundation while the lane is being built.

3. How wide should the channel be for a park entrance?

For normal visitor flow we usually set 600mm to 900mm, and for family entrances, wheelchair access or service trolleys we set one lane at 1000mm to 1200mm. The width is adjustable on site within the 500mm to 1200mm range of the model.

4. What happens if there is no network at the park gate?

The controller keeps the valid card and ticket list locally and validates entries offline, then uploads the stored records when the network or the park server is available again. Fire alarm release and key release work without any network connection.
