An office tower entrance has to do more than open a gate: it has to separate staff from visitors, reverse the direction of the lanes when the morning arrival turns into the evening exit, let a group of twenty meeting guests through without twenty separate scans, and still give the security room a clear picture of every lane. This swing gate turnstile is configured for exactly that passage control job. Each lane can be set to entry only, exit only or bidirectional, and the direction is switched by schedule or by a single command from the guard room, so four lanes serve the morning and evening peaks without adding gates. A 100W brushless drive opens the acrylic swing arms in 0.5 seconds, one lane passes 30 persons per minute in controlled mode or 40 persons per minute in normally open mode, and four pairs of infrared sensors protect the passage against tailgating, reverse entry and objects left behind. The cabinet is a 1200*200*1060mm stainless steel body that fits between the lobby columns, and every lane reports its status, alarms and pass records to the management platform through RS485 or TCP/IP.

Lane status, open or closed, direction, alarm events and pass records are reported through RS485 or TCP/IP to the property management platform. The guard room can release a lane remotely for a visitor, close a lane for cleaning, or read which lanes are congested and redirect the flow during the peak.

5. Fast, Safe And Fire Alarm Ready

The arms open in 0.5 seconds, the lane passes 40 persons per minute in normally open mode, and the anti-clamp logic reverses the arms if a person is detected in the passage. On a fire alarm signal the lanes open automatically into free passage, and the key switch allows manual release during maintenance.
