ACEY-3753A ultrasonic wire bonding machine is used in lithium battery pack assembly to connect cell terminals with aluminum busbars or current collectors. It adopts ultrasonic welding technology with no sparks, ensuring consistent weld quality and minimal thermal impact on the cells. The process does not damage the terminals or sealing structure, and is suitable for aluminum materials as well as dissimilar metal connections.
