Key Features
● A servo-driven electric oil pump is used to provide pressure, featuring high pressure control precision and stable operation.
● The gap is adjusted via a servo-motor controlled wedge block mechanism, ensuring high precision and ease of operation.
● Equipped with winding and unwinding mechanism for continuous roll pressing of roll substrates.
● Upper and lower rollers have built-in heating tubes, temperature controlled by thermostat and displayed digitally.
● The winding and unwinding mechanisms are equipped with automatic correction devices to ensure that the edges of the roll materials after the roll pressing are neat.
● The machine is equipped with a servo torque motor to ensure the material is tightly wound by the constant tension function.
● Integral gantry frame, CNC precision processing to ensure high accuracy and stability.
● The rollers are treated multiple treatments to ensure high internal and external hardness and excellent abrasion resistance.
● Adopting patented design of hydraulic balanced roll pressing mechanism, stable pressure holding and good uniformity of horizontal and vertical roll pressing.
