Brief Introduction
This equipment is designed for precision rolling of non-ferrous materials such as dry electrode compositions under certain temperature conditions. It features a variable steering speed ratio servo-driven system and adjustable rolling thickness, integrated with automated winding and unwinding mechanisms for continuous production.

● Equipped with winding and unwinding correction device to realize continuously production, the steel conveyor belt to assist the stable material feeding.
● Roller internal heating to ensure the heating uniform and precise temperature control. The temperature controller features independently adjustable temperature control with a digital display.
● The roller has high hardness, and the surface is plated with hard chromium.
● Adopt stepping motor automatic to adjust the gap, with good self-locking and high adjustment accuracy.
● Equipped with a cutting mechanism to cut the material edge smoothly after film formation.
