Agmishop is the specialist brand of Nanjing Shenfa Metallurgical Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., focused on aftermarket replacement parts for Massey Ferguson large square balers.
Based in Nanjing, China, our manufacturing roots go back to 1998. We specialize in agricultural blades, baler components, cutting tools, and replacement parts for agricultural machinery. We also supply agricultural machinery replacement parts to LOVOL and ZOOMLION.
Through Agmishop, we bring this manufacturing experience to farmers, contractors, repair workshops and parts distributors. Our aim is simple: to provide well-made replacement parts at competitive prices, with straightforward communication and practical support.

Nanjing Shenfa began as a small blade-making workshop run by Mr. Zhou. With two grinding machines and one forging machine, the business started with hands-on manufacturing and a focus on agricultural cutting tools.
As the business developed, Mr. Zhou and his brother, invested in additional premises and equipment. The original workshop gradually expanded to include bending, welding, laser processing, CNC machining and laser cladding capabilities.
Our product range grew to include baler blades, net-cutting knives for round balers and forage harvester blades. Working with these products helped us build practical experience in manufacturing components exposed to cutting, friction and wear.
Around 2019, we saw growing demand for Massey Ferguson large square balers in China. As more customers adopted these machines, the need for replacement parts and maintenance support also increased.
We responded by expanding our work in large square baler components. Agmishop developed from this experience, with a dedicated focus on replacement parts for Massey Ferguson balers and the customers who operate, maintain and repair them.

We provide OEM/ODM manufacturing support for agricultural blades and machinery components, including product development based on original samples.
Our team carries out reverse engineering, dimensional measurement and 3D CAD modelling to develop manufacturing drawings from supplied parts. We consider both the original geometry and the component’s functional and performance requirements when planning production.
Based on the intended application, we select suitable materials and manufacturing processes, with attention to fit, wear resistance and working loads. Our machining and fabrication capabilities help turn sample-based designs into finished replacement components.
Production Line:
Our manufacturing facilities include dedicated workshops for blade production, welding, laser cladding and CNC machining, supported by stamping and bending equipment. These capabilities allow us to manufacture agricultural cutting tools and machinery components using processes suited to each product’s design and application.
Our inspection equipment includes hardness testing equipment and a coordinate measuring machine (CMM). These tools help us verify material hardness and dimensional accuracy against product specifications.
By combining manufacturing and inspection capabilities, we support the production of agricultural blades and replacement parts for demanding working conditions.
R&D:
Our technical team is skilled in 3D CAD design and machining, combining digital design capabilities with practical manufacturing knowledge to develop agricultural machinery components.
Starting with original samples or customer requirements, we create 3D models and technical drawings and assess how each design can be manufactured. Close coordination between design and production helps us address machining requirements and refine product details during development.
Our R&D work focuses on functional fit, manufacturability and application requirements, supporting the development and improvement of agricultural blades and baler replacement parts.
