Disassembly Line
Transmission Dismantling: Fully disassemble transmissions into individual components using a dedicated dismantling conveyor line.
Cleaning Process
Initial Cleaning: Degrease and remove contaminants via mechanical washing machines (e.g., ultrasonic or high-pressure systems).
Manual Cleaning: Detailed hand-cleaning of complex parts (gears, channels, etc.) to ensure no residue remains.
Component Inspection & Testing
Solenoid Testing: Check electromagnetic valves (solenoids) with a solenoid tester for proper electrical response and flow rates.
Valve Body Testing: Validate hydraulic performance and pressure regulation using a valve body test machine.
Refurbishment
Housing Restoration: Clean and refinish transmission casings/housings using sandblasting/painting machines.
