This equipment is a fully automatic integrated packaging system for bagging empty plastic bottles, specifically designed for blow molding plants and large-scale plastic packaging production lines. The system integrates a full suite of processes—including automatic bottle alignment, matrix-style feeding and stacking, automatic film bagging, and high-strength sealing and cutting—to achieve a fully automated, unmanned packaging process covering bottle sorting, grouping, film bagging, heat sealing and cutting, and finished product conveyance.
The machine accommodates empty plastic bottles of various sizes, and the number of bottles per group can be customized to meet customer production capacity requirements. By replacing manual bagging, it significantly reduces labor costs, improves packaging neatness, and enhances shipping efficiency. It is widely used in the empty bottle packaging processes of industries such as personal care, food, chemicals, and plastic blow molding plants.
