First, a dedicated cap sorting system automatically sorts and steadily conveys the caps in random order. High-precision stamping dies cut the liner material into standard gaskets that match the cap specifications, and a precision drive mechanism accurately inserts the cut gaskets into the inner grooves of the bottle caps.
Finally, the equipment completes the compression molding process and screens out defective products with missing or misaligned gaskets, ensuring a 100% gasket compliance rate for the finished caps.
The equipment features a multi-station synchronized operation design, with each station equipped with an independent power transmission and positioning system, enabling continuous, uninterrupted production and significantly improving overall operational efficiency.
