This automated double-layer stacking and packaging system is specifically designed for various types of empty bottles, including plastic, PET, and glass containers. Engineered for the personal care, food, and blow molding industries, it handles alignment and case packing of empty bottles as well as finished product packaging.
The machine features a double-layer, tiered arrangement structure that provides larger bottle capacity per cycle and higher production efficiency compared to traditional single-layer packaging equipment, effectively meeting the production demands of large-volume empty bottle packaging.
The entire machine features an industrial modular design with a sturdy frame and easy cleaning capabilities, making it suitable for clean production environments. Equipped with a PLC control system and touchscreen interface, it allows for simple parameter adjustment and supports rapid switching between multiple bottle sizes and carton types.
The equipment automatically completes the entire production process—including bottle feeding, sorting, alignment, double-layer stacking, carton conveying, and carton sealing and shaping—without manual intervention.
