The fully automatic plastic bottle bagging machine is an integrated, unmanned packaging system specifically designed for hollow plastic bottles. It integrates the entire process—from roll film feeding and automatic bag forming to bottle arrangement, robotic gripper placement into bags, sealing and cutting, and finished product output—and is equipped with a PLC touchscreen control system and three-color warning lights, enabling fully automated operation without manual bagging.
The equipment supports plastic bottles in a wide range of sizes from 100 ml to 5 L. With multiple pre-programmed bottle profile parameters, changeovers are quick and easy, requiring no tooling changes. It features horizontal group packaging, allowing for flexible packaging dimensions. Taking 500 ml bottles as an example, production capacity reaches 6,000–10,000 bottles per hour, making it ideal for bulk packaging of empty bottles in the personal care, food and beverage, and plastic packaging industries. The machine features a sturdy frame, a safety-protected viewing window, and stable operation. It significantly reduces manual packaging costs and seamlessly integrates with the downstream end of blow-molding production lines to achieve automated empty bottle packaging.
