Edge Slitting And Edge Holding Machine This machine is a high-speed integrated ring-cutting and flanging line custom-designed for the distinct appearance and dimensions of each plastic bottle cap.
It comprises four major components: a cap storage hopper conveyor, a cascade cap sorting machine, a ring-cutting machine, and a flanging machine.
Integrated with the cap production line, it efficiently cuts rings from caps, folds edges, and quantitatively packs them into boxes.
It precisely cuts connection bridges to specified dimensions per design drawings without damaging caps, while achieving foldable edges that maintain tamper-evident integrity yet facilitate ring separation.
