Equipment purpose and function:
Automatic Cap Edge Cutting Machine High-performance cap sorting system with modular design.
Multi-directional hopper docking ensures superior site adaptability.
Compatible with 28 caps, 1881 caps, 3025 caps, and 38 caps.
Low energy consumption and minimal noise. Rapidly sorts disorganized caps into uniform orientation for conveyance to subsequent processes.
Suitable for ring cutters, inspection machines, labeling machines, filling lines, and more.
Working principle:
The disordered lids in the storage hopper are systematically fed into the lid sorting machine in controlled batches.
Inside the machine, chain plates separate the lids into orderly rows and lift them upward.
During this ascent, inverted lids fall back into alignment due to gravity.
Lids successfully sorted at the top are then conveyed by airflow onto a track for further transport to the next process stage.
