Anti-scratch lined drawer plate storage rack is optimized for mirror stainless steel, polished aluminum sheet, high-gloss acrylic and anodized decorative panels that are sensitive to surface abrasion. All direct contact surfaces between drawer and plates are fully covered with detachable thick EVA soft protective liner, eliminating hard metal friction and collision scratch marks during storage and access.
The EVA liner adopts integrated vacuum molding process, fitting closely with the flat bottom and surrounding retaining edges of each drawer without gap warping. The liner surface is provided with micro air guide grooves to avoid water vapor accumulation between plate bottom and liner, preventing mold and oxidation spots on high-gloss sheet surfaces during long-term static storage.
All metal frame contact edges of the drawer opening are wrapped with rounded silicone buffer sleeves to prevent accidental scraping during plate carrying in and out. Each drawer surrounding retaining baffle height is moderately raised to avoid thin large-format panels sliding sideways during drawer push-pull movement.
Vertical layer height can be finely adjusted to match ultra-thin optical decorative foil and medium-thick whole architectural panels. The frame surface adopts matte anti-fingerprint coating, which isolates dust and oil stains, and keeps the overall rack clean without complicated daily cleaning work.

Q1: Can the EVA soft liner be replaced separately after long-term wear?
A: The liner is snap-on detachable, users can replace worn inner lining independently with low replacement cost.
Q2: Will water vapor accumulate between plates and the soft liner and cause surface discoloration?
A: Built-in micro air guide grooves form air circulation layer to discharge residual water vapor timely.
