Standard drawer type sheet rack is a professional dedicated storage system for flat plate materials, designed to solve the classified storage and standardized management of various flat sheets in industrial warehouses. Different from traditional stacked storage methods, the pull-out drawer structure supports single-layer independent placement of plates, realizing one-piece access without moving stacked materials, which greatly improves the convenience of daily material picking and inventory sorting.
The whole equipment is constructed with high-strength Q235B carbon steel, adopting integrated frame welding and precision drawer sliding structure. The main frame undergoes overall stress relief treatment to ensure long-term structural stability. Each independent drawer is equipped with thickened load-bearing steel plate and reinforced side baffles, which can stably carry flat materials of different specifications such as steel plates, wooden panels, acrylic plates and aluminum plates.
The drawer sliding system adopts high-precision silent slide rails, with smooth push-pull operation, no jamming and no noise. Each layer is independently spaced and stored, which can effectively keep the surface of plates flat and clean, avoiding scratch, deformation and abrasion caused by mutual extrusion of stacked materials. The layered independent storage mode makes inventory classification clearer and warehouse placement more standardized.
