Electric vertical sheet rack integrates silent motor drive system with vertical compartment storage structure, realizing automatic full extension and retraction of each sheet drawer via one-button control. It eliminates manual pushing and pulling labor intensity, perfectly matching large warehouses with daily high-frequency sheet access and large batch cutting production lines.
Built-in low-noise permanent magnet motor delivers stable and steady drawer movement without sudden impact or jitter, protecting high-value polished and mirror sheets from vibration scratch. The intelligent control panel supports independent control of every vertical bay, and optional wireless remote control is available for operation away from the rack body. Multiple built-in safety protection modules include overload stop, travel limit halt and anti-pinch obstruction shutdown to avoid equipment and material damage during operation.
The vertical upright layout retains all space-saving advantages of manual vertical racks, while automated operation shortens sheet picking time greatly and improves overall workshop production throughput. The electrical control cabinet is equipped with dustproof and moisture-proof shell, suitable for long-term continuous operation in busy metal processing environments.
