Weatherproof outdoor vertical sheet rack upgrades all steel component anti-corrosion processes to adapt open-air storage yards, coastal humid material zones and semi-outdoor covered stacking areas, retaining upright vertical compartment storage advantages while delivering long-term resistance to rain, UV sunlight and salt air erosion. All raw steel undergoes full shot blasting rust removal before multi-stage phosphating and passivation pretreatment to strengthen coating adhesion.
The surface is sprayed with thick outdoor weather-resistant polyester powder coating, passing 720-hour salt spray test with strong anti-ultraviolet, waterproof and anti-oxidation performance, avoiding fading, chalking and rust under long-term outdoor exposure. All welding seams, bolt joints and slide rail moving parts adopt sealed anti-rust sealant filling to block moisture penetration and internal structural corrosion.
The vertical compartment inner base adds breathable moisture-dissipating gaps to prevent water vapor accumulation between sheet bottom and rack frame, stopping metal plate surface oxidation and rust spots during rainy seasons. The overall frame optimizes wind resistance diagonal bracing structure to maintain stable upright placement under regular outdoor wind conditions. All fasteners use galvanized anti-rust bolts matching the whole rack’s anti-corrosion system.
