Mobile Vertical Sheet Storage Rack, Wheel Mounted Upright Plate Rack for Flexible Workshop Layout
Mobile vertical sheet rack combines upright vertical compartment storage design with heavy-duty industrial wheel base, enabling integral rack relocation to different production stations without disassembly. Four universal load-bearing casters are installed at the rack bottom, two with brake locks to fix the rack firmly after moving, adapting to frequent workshop layout adjustment and temporary raw material storage beside multiple cutting machines.
The vertical storage compartment structure keeps the core merits of upright sheet storage: compact floor footprint, visible sheets, independent single bay access without material shifting. The whole frame is thickened to offset mobile structure load characteristics, with reinforced diagonal bracing inside to maintain frame rigidity during moving and transportation. Each vertical drawer retains silent rolling slide rails and anti-slip inner lining to protect sheets during rack shifting.
This mobile vertical rack eliminates fixed storage area restrictions, allowing rapid transfer of matching sheet materials to laser cutters, bending machines or polishing workstations according to daily production schedules. Multiple mobile racks can be arranged compactly when idle to save warehouse floor space, and separated to different operation zones during peak production periods. The wheel base is fully sealed and dust-proof, avoiding wheel jamming caused by workshop metal cutting debris.

Q1: Can the fully loaded vertical rack be moved smoothly by one staff member?
A: Low-resistance heavy load casters reduce pushing force greatly, single worker can shift the whole rack on flat concrete floor.
Q2: Will the wheels lock tightly to prevent accidental sliding during sheet lifting?
