Low Base Vertical Plate Storage Rack, Low-profile Upright Sheet Holder for Low-ceiling Workshop
Most standard vertical sheet racks feature high raised bases, which cannot adapt to low-ceiling workshops, semi-underground processing rooms and factories with height-limited overhead lifting equipment. Our low-base vertical sheet rack optimizes the bottom base structure, abandoning redundant high-base design and adopting ultra-flat low-profile base to reduce overall height occupation, perfectly matching height-restricted industrial scenarios.
The upgraded ultra-flat base is integrally stamped with thickened steel plates, with integrated load-bearing keels inside to ensure uniform stress dispersion. Although the base height is reduced, the overall load-bearing performance remains unchanged and can fully support long-term vertical storage of various metal sheets and composite panels. The flat base surface enables vacuum lifters and small forklifts to approach the rack closely for seamless material picking.
The internal vertical compartments retain scientific equal-distance layout, and the height of single storage bay can be adjusted according to the thickness of stored panels. The bottom of each compartment is fitted with anti-slip raised strips to restrict the sliding of sheets during equipment vibration caused by surrounding machine operation. The overall frame is reinforced with surrounding edge beams to enhance anti-tilt performance of the low-center structure.
This low-profile vertical sheet rack breaks the height limitation of traditional storage racks, solving the storage dilemma of low-ceiling factories. It makes full use of limited indoor vertical space, realizes standardized classified storage of raw sheets, and is a dedicated storage device for special height-limited production workshops.
