Crank self-locking telescopic cantilever rack adopts pure mechanical worm gear crank transmission without any electrical components, fully adapting to remote raw material yards, temporary processing stations and workshops with unstable power supply. Each independent cantilever layer is equipped with a dedicated hand crank and integrated self-locking gear set, operators can rotate the crank to extend or retract the arm, and the gear will automatically lock at any stroke position once releasing the handle, eliminating accidental arm retraction during loading and unloading.
The main uprights are constructed with thickened H-section steel, matched with heavy-duty linear roller slide rails embedded inside the arm body, cutting external dust and cutting fluid from eroding transmission parts. Every cantilever arm is designed with a slight upward inclined platform and integrated rubber anti-slip strips, increasing friction to fix round pipes, solid bars and long profiles firmly without lateral sliding during static storage.
Vertical layer height can be adjusted freely via dense preset mounting holes on upright columns, separating thin aluminum extrusions, medium steel tubes and thick structural steel into independent layers for classified management. All welds adopt full penetration welding and stress relief annealing to eliminate internal structural fatigue after tens of thousands of crank telescopic cycles.
This all-mechanical self-locking telescopic cantilever rack removes dependence on power infrastructure, delivers low daily maintenance cost and stable continuous operation, becoming the standard long-material storage solution for energy-saving and off-grid production sites.
