Single-sided cantilever racks can only realize one-way material access, resulting in low warehouse space utilization and limited operation efficiency. Our double-sided telescopic cantilever rack adopts innovative bidirectional cantilever design, with retractable cantilever arms arranged on both sides of the main column, realizing bidirectional material storage and picking operation.
The middle main column acts as the supporting core, and the telescopic cantilevers on the left and right sides can be adjusted independently. Users can flexibly adjust the extension length of the cantilevers on both sides according to the material specifications of different sides, realizing classified storage of different long materials. The bidirectional operation mode effectively doubles the effective storage area of a single shelf unit.
The overall symmetrical stress design ensures uniform force on the middle column and stable overall structure, avoiding unbalanced load shaking caused by unilateral storage. The telescopic mechanism on both sides adopts consistent high-precision sliding structure, with smooth stretching and retracting, flexible adjustment and firm locking.
This double-sided telescopic structure optimizes the warehouse operation layout, simplifies the material access process, and improves the efficiency of warehouse daily storage and picking work. It is very suitable for medium and large factories with large inventory of long materials and frequent access operations.
