Dual power backup telescopic cantilever rack integrates silent electric frequency conversion drive and mechanical crank emergency system, realizing normal arm stretching under both electrified and power failure conditions. Under daily normal power supply, operators control single-layer or all-layer arms via centralized PLC control panel with one-button extension and retraction; once sudden power cut occurs, the reserved side hand crank can be connected to the transmission shaft to manually operate each arm without waiting for power recovery.
The electric drive part is equipped with multi-level safety logic: obstacle anti-pinch stop, overcurrent overload cut-off, travel limit braking and delay slow stop function to avoid heavy long materials swaying violently during arm movement. The manual crank shaft adopts quick plug-in design, which can be installed and disassembled in 10 seconds without complex tooling, greatly shortening emergency response time during production shutdown.
The rack frame adopts double-sided diagonal anti-tilt bracing structure to balance unbalanced load caused by unilateral arm full extension. Each arm end is fitted with double-stage anti-drop limit stoppers, forming double protection together with electric travel switches to prevent over-pulling and material falling risks.
This dual backup power telescopic cantilever rack guarantees uninterrupted material access for multi-shift continuous molding and metal processing factories, eliminating production suspension losses caused by unexpected power outages.
