Multi-layer separated drawer panel rack targets mixed storage of ultra-thin metal foil, small-size finished plates and sheet cutting leftover strips. Each large horizontal drawer is equipped with a set of sliding detachable vertical partition baffles, dividing a single drawer into multiple independent flat storage grids to realize one-to-one classified placement of different specifications of thin plates.
All partition plates adopt full rounded edge polishing technology, eliminating sharp metal edges that scratch polished stainless steel and anodized aluminum panel surfaces. The bottom of each divided grid adds micro anti-slip raised strips to avoid thin lightweight sheets sliding and overlapping during drawer push-pull movement.
Drawer slide rails adopt low-vibration silent roller assembly to reduce horizontal shaking, preventing messy stacking of tiny cut-off leftover materials. The upper layers set compact thin spacing for micro thin plates and small blanks, while the lower drawers expand large internal space for medium and thick whole plates, realizing gradient classified storage according to plate thickness and size.
All partition baffles slide along embedded bottom clamping grooves, users can freely add, remove or adjust grid width without cutting or modifying drawer panels. This refined grid storage mode greatly shortens warehouse staff’s plate searching and sorting time.
