Crane compatible drawer sheet rack is specially designed for large-tonnage oversized sheets that cannot be accessed by manual operation and ordinary forklifts. Optimized for overhead traveling cranes and gantry cranes, this rack reserves standardized overhead lifting openings and extended drawer stroke to cooperate with lifting equipment, realizing full-automatic hoisting access of super-heavy integral plates.
The main frame is upgraded with double-row reinforced vertical beams to resist instantaneous impact force generated by crane hoisting. The extended drawer stroke can fully expose the entire storage area of large-format sheets, enabling the crane sling to directly cover the upper part of the sheet without secondary material transferring. Each drawer is equipped with a dual-stage safety locking device to lock the drawer firmly during hoisting, eliminating sliding risks caused by equipment vibration.
The internal bearing keels are arranged at equal intervals according to the stress points of crane hoisting to avoid local stress concentration and sheet bending deformation during loading and unloading. The top of the rack is equipped with marked safety operation areas to guide operators to formulate standardized hoisting routes and avoid collision between slings and rack frame. The overall structure complies with international crane matching safety specifications.
This crane-adaptive drawer storage system gets rid of the limitation of traditional manual and forklift access, greatly improving the handling efficiency of large-tonnage thick plates. It simplifies the hoisting operation process of heavy raw materials and is widely used in heavy industry manufacturing and large-scale engineering sheet storage yards.
