Vibration isolation silent drawer rack integrates multi-stage shock absorption and noise reduction components, optimized for sealed dust-free workshops, precision optical plate processing rooms and noise-restricted enclosed production areas, controlling overall drawer push and pull operating noise below 40 decibels without metal collision and friction sound.
Each drawer tail is equipped with built-in hydraulic slow buffer damper, automatically decelerating the drawer in the last 7cm of retraction to eliminate rigid metal collision between drawer and outer frame. All slide rail contact surfaces are covered with wear-resistant silent composite gaskets to convert hard metal friction into soft contact and drastically lower friction noise.
All frame assembly gaps are sealed with elastic dust-proof rubber strips to block metal cutting dust and oil mist from entering internal rail structure, avoiding rail abrasion debris contaminating precision polished sheet surfaces. The bottom of each drawer is equipped with integral shock absorption foot pads to weaken vibration transmitted to the ground during drawer movement.
Vertical layer height supports fine adjustment for ultra-thin optical alloy sheets and medium-sized decorative whole plates. The frame surface adopts flame-retardant anti-static matte coating, complying with international clean room environmental safety specifications, and will not release volatile harmful substances in sealed closed workshop environments.
