Extra Height Single-side Vertical Panel Rack, Tall Upright Sheet Holder for Oversize Slabs
Extra height single-side vertical panel rack is customized for oversize ultra-tall sheets and extra-long vertical slabs that cannot be stored in standard vertical racks. We increase the overall effective storage height of the rack and optimize the upper limit protection structure to support vertical placement of large-format overheight panels commonly used in architectural decoration and large-scale equipment manufacturing.
The upright support columns are extended synchronously and reinforced with additional bilateral auxiliary diagonal braces to offset the higher center of gravity caused by overheight panels. The upper part of each vertical storage slot is added with adjustable top limit blocks, which can fix the upper end of tall panels to prevent tilting and shaking during material picking and daily static storage.
The single-side open access design simplifies the picking operation of overheight panels. Operators can directly access tall slabs from the front open side without rotating the rack. The inner side of the rack is fitted with integral back baffles to provide comprehensive side support for ultra-tall panels and enhance the overall stability of vertical placement.
This extra-height vertical rack fills the gap of standard vertical racks in oversize tall panel storage. It realizes safe and standardized vertical storage of architectural decorative super-large panels, and avoids the space waste and deformation risk caused by horizontal stacking of overheight raw materials.
