Heavy-duty thickened vertical slab rack is specially upgraded for high-density thick solid steel plates, heavy alloy slabs and thick hardwood panels. By thickening the main frame, vertical partitions and bottom bearing base in an all-round way, this rack optimizes the internal stress bearing structure to meet the long-term vertical storage requirements of super-heavy thick panels and avoid structural deformation caused by concentrated load.
The main frame and vertical support baffles are made of 8mm thick high-tensile carbon steel plates, and multiple groups of triangular reinforcing ribs are added on the back of each partition to enhance lateral anti-pressure performance. The bottom bearing base is widened and thickened synchronously to expand the stress area of the ground, effectively reducing the ground pressure generated by fully loaded heavy slabs and adapting to various ordinary workshop floors.
The internal storage slots are designed with enlarged spacing to accommodate ultra-thick solid panels, and the side limit height is increased to prevent thick slabs from tilting outward. All welding seams adopt full penetration welding technology and stress relief treatment to eliminate internal structural fatigue, ensuring the rack can maintain stable performance after years of heavy-load vertical storage.
This reinforced heavy-duty vertical rack solves the storage problem of overweight thick panels that ordinary vertical racks cannot bear. It standardizes the vertical storage mode of heavy raw materials for heavy processing workshops and reduces the space occupation of thick slabs stacked horizontally.
