AGV automated compatible heavy pallet rack is optimized for unmanned AGV pallet automatic handling operation, eliminating all protruding sharp frame structures that may collide with AGV robot body, reserving standardized AGV laser scanning positioning space and pallet accurate positioning auxiliary structure for intelligent warehouse automation docking.
The upright outer surface cancels protruding lock pin and bracing bolt head, adopting flush hidden bolt assembly design to avoid scratching AGV shell during automatic trolley back-and-forth operation. The inner upright side is pre-installed embedded laser reflective label clamping groove, supporting barcode and RFID positioning labels fixed at unified horizontal height for AGV automatic pallet coordinate identification.
Beam bearing surface adds integrated pallet anti-offset limiting strip, ensuring pallets stay in fixed central position without left-right deviation, matching AGV fork accurate automatic pick-and-place logic. The rack frame reserved internal wiring grooves for AGV navigation signal transmission cable layout, avoiding exposed wire interference with unmanned operation routes.
All sliding contact components adopt silent low-friction alloy material, controlling operation vibration noise below 42 decibels to fit sealed unmanned closed warehouse environments. The modular spliced structure supports seamless expansion with automated warehouse assembly line and stacking robot system.
