Low-temperature cold storage heavy pallet rack adopts special low-temperature resistant Q235B low-carbon structural steel, eliminating brittle cracking risk of ordinary steel under long-term minus -18℃ ~ -30℃ frozen warehouse low-temperature environment. All welding seams adopt low-temperature resistant special welding wire full penetration welding, avoiding weld fracture under alternating cold and temperature difference impact.
The surface adopts ultra-thick low-temperature flexible epoxy powder coating, retaining coating adhesion and anti-rust performance under long-term low temperature without cracking and peeling caused by cold shrinkage expansion. Every beam hanging tooth and lock pin uses low-temperature alloy forged material, no locking failure or jamming under continuous frozen environment operation.
Upright base plate adds drainage and anti-freeze condensation design, preventing melted condensed water from freezing into ice blocks and sticking the rack base to concrete ground after warehouse temperature fluctuation. The beam height adjustment hanging hole adopts arc transition structure to avoid low-temperature stress concentration crack generation.
The whole rack structure retains standard selective pallet access function, compatible with cold storage dedicated low-temperature resistant electric forklifts, suitable for frozen meat, seafood, ice cream, cold beverage and pharmaceutical low-temperature raw material centralized storage.
