Does the bag have a plastic lining?
No, glassine's grease resistance comes from the supercalendered paper density, not plastic coatings. Our standard bags are 100% plastic-free. For extra moisture barrier, we offer a PLA coating option.
Can I heat-seal this bag instead of using the self-adhesive strip?
Yes, glassine paper is heat-sealable at 120-160℃. Please specify heat-seal requirement at order time for optimized seal performance.
Is the bag FDA approved for all food types?
FDA 21 CFR 176.170 covers paper and paperboard for dry food contact. For wet or high-fat foods, we recommend our PLA-coated version.
Can I print nutritional information directly on the bag?
