Burn And Test For Obc Power Supply For New Energy Vehicles Test Aging Cabinet

  • The overall design consists of one aging frame and two trolleys
  • All four wheels (3 inches) of the trolley are swivel wheels. Their structural dimensions are strictly designed in accordance with customer requirements to ensure consistency at the connection between the cabinet and the trolley
  • The AGV trolley is equipped with a position detection switch when reversing. There is a locking device between the trolley and the aging cabinet, and the locking device can be manually switched on or off. After being in place, the inspection is uploaded to the MES, the cables are installed, the trolley marking code is scanned (currently, the scanning slot code is bound to the product barcode), and the parameters are imported to start aging. After the aging process is completed, if there are any defects, they need to be manually selected. Ensure that all cables are unconnected and then press the buttons with both hands for 3 seconds to confirm. The MES will notify the AGV vehicle to remove the aged trolley. Upload the aging data to the MES simultaneously.

A Water‑cooling Pipe Requirement: Each aging cabinet has 2‑column layers. Each layer is provided with one water‑inlet port and one water‑outlet port; total 2 water‑inlet ports and 2 water‑outlet ports
B Water‑inlet and Water‑outlet Ports: Can be customized as required
C Valve Control Requirement: Automatically adjust water flow rate according to temperature
D Inlet Water Temperature Control: Not controlled by the aging cabinet
E Water Pressure Control: Provided by customer (0.05‑0.15Mpa, adjustable)
