1. Basic Parameters:

- Pixel Size: 2.16μm(H)×2.16μm(V). Equipped with ultra-small 2.16μm pixel pitch, the pixel array features a diagonal of 2.3mm. Its ultra-compact miniaturized structure greatly reduces space occupation for device integration.
- Optical Format: 1/9 inch. It delivers excellent sensitivity for visible light imaging and accurate color reproduction, and is compatible with various conventional lens solutions.
- Supply Voltage: Core voltage 1.15V, interface voltage 1.8V, analog voltage 2.8V. It can operate stably under different voltage conditions and ensure sensor reliability.
- Temperature Range: Operating temperature ranges from -30℃ to 85℃. The wide operating temperature range enables adaptation to diverse working environments.
2. Technical Features:
- Global Shutter Technology: The global shutter design effectively eliminates motion blur and illumination artifacts while lowering power consumption requirements for lighting.
- Adopts STMicroelectronics proprietary BrightSense low-power optimized architecture with multi-level power adjustment modes. Power consumption is less than 35mW at 60fps under normal operating mode, and can drop to 1–2mW in the ultra-low-power sleep monitoring mode. Integrated with an intelligent auto-wakeup function, the device can enter ultra-low-power sleep mode during standby to only monitor frame changes. Once valid events are detected, it automatically wakes up and switches to full data stream operating mode. This significantly cuts overall device power consumption and extends the battery life of battery-powered equipment, making it one of the optimal visual sensing solutions for lightweight portable smart devices.
- Equipped with diversified high-speed transmission interfaces supporting multiple data output channels including MIPI CSI-2, SPI and I3C. It meets requirements for high-speed imaging and lightweight integration, featuring broad hardware compatibility and low development difficulty.
- VD65G4 RGB Camera Module: Standard modules compatible with different lens configurations such as 179°, 160° and 81° to satisfy varied customer requirements.
