‑ Optical Format: 1/4‑inch. The central layout design minimizes the overall device size to meet the integration requirements of miniaturized equipment.
‑ Supply Voltage: Core voltage 1.15V, interface voltage 1.8V, analog voltage 2.8V. It can operate stably under various voltage conditions to guarantee sensor reliability.
‑ Temperature Range: Operating temperature ranges from ‑30℃ to 85℃. Its wide operating temperature range enables adaption to diverse working environments.
2. Technical Features:
‑ Global Shutter Technology: The global‑shutter design effectively eliminates motion blur and illumination artifacts while lowering power consumption for lighting.
‑ Equipped with BSI architecture and DTI deep trench isolation technology, it delivers a broad spectral response range with outstanding photosensitivity in visible‑light and 940 nm near‑infrared bands, and achieves a dynamic range of 60 dB. Multiple built‑in image‑quality optimization algorithms including auto‑exposure, independent color gain and image correction enable high‑quality output with true‑to‑life colors and high definition under complex lighting conditions such as low‑light and strong‑light scenarios.
‑ It features 8‑channel GPIO expansion interfaces supporting external triggering, light synchronization and timing linkage functions, which flexibly satisfy linkage‑control requirements of various vision devices. It supports dual‑mode configuration of RGB and RGB‑IR. Imaging modes can be switched according to scenarios to fulfill both color imaging and infrared‑assisted imaging needs with high scenario adaptability.
‑ VD66GY RGB Camera Module: Standard module compatible with different lens configurations such as 73° to satisfy diverse customer requirements.
