1. Basic Parameters:
- Resolution: 1920(H)×1080(V), 2.07MP. It supports multiple reading modes including high-definition output and window cropping, and meets the requirements of different frame rates and image formats.
- Pixel Size: 2.9μm(H)×2.9μm(V). The large pixel photosensitive area effectively increases light intake, enhances imaging performance in low-light environments, ensures fine image quality and avoids image noise caused by small pixels.
- Optical Format: 1/2.8 inch. It is compatible with mainstream compact lens modules, balancing imaging quality and equipment miniaturization, and widely applicable to various compact devices.
- Supply Voltage: The operating voltage is 5V. It can operate stably under proper voltage to guarantee the reliability of the sensor.
- Temperature Range: The operating temperature ranges from -20℃ to 65℃. With a wide operating temperature range, it can adapt to diverse working environments.
2. Technical Features:
- Rolling Shutter Technology: Adopting a line-by-line exposure rolling shutter design, it delivers low imaging noise and exquisite detail restoration. Featuring high circuit integration, it achieves better power consumption and cost performance, ideal for high-definition imaging in static and low-speed scenarios.
- Equipped with Exmor R Backside Illumination (BSI) architecture. It eliminates the drawback of traditional front-illuminated sensors where circuits block the photosensitive surface, greatly improving photon reception efficiency. The photosensitivity in visible light and near-infrared bands is significantly optimized. It can output clear color images even in star-level low-light environments as dim as 0.001lux. It boasts excellent dark current control, with no obvious noise accumulation or smear during long exposure in low-light conditions. There is no afterimage when capturing moving objects, making it suitable for dynamic image acquisition at night.
- It supports switching between High Conversion Gain (HCG) and Low Conversion Gain (LCG) modes. Combined with adjustable analog and digital gain in a wide range from 0dB to 72dB with a tiny adjustment step of 0.3dB, it can precisely adapt to various illumination conditions and realize fine image quality tuning.
- IMX291 Camera Module: Compatible with standard modules with different lens configurations such as 73° to satisfy diverse customer demands.
