1. Basic Parameters:
- Resolution: 648(H)×488(V), 0.3MP. It supports window cropping output such as QVGA, and the maximum frame rate at full resolution reaches 30fps, meeting the requirements for low-speed high-definition image acquisition.
- Pixel Size: 2.25μm(H)×2.25μm(V). Adopting a compact pixel design, it reduces the overall size of the sensor while maintaining basic light sensitivity, balancing miniaturization of the module and imaging clarity.
- Optical Format: 1/10 inch. Compatible with small-sized micro lenses, it features a compact photosensitive area and is highly suitable for integration into miniature devices with limited space.
- Supply Voltage: The interface voltage and analog voltage are both 2.8V. It can operate stably under various voltage conditions and ensure the reliability of the sensor.
- Temperature Range: The operating temperature ranges from -20℃ to 70℃. With a wide operating temperature range, it can adapt to diverse working environments.
2. Technical Features:
- Rolling Shutter Technology: Designed with line-by-line exposure rolling shutter, it delivers low imaging noise and exquisite detail restoration. It also boasts high circuit integration, lower power consumption and cost, making it ideal for high-definition imaging in static and low-speed scenarios.
- Equipped with a 4T four-transistor pixel structure and CDS Correlated Double Sampling circuit, it effectively suppresses fixed pattern noise and dark current noise, greatly improving picture purity in low-light environments. A built-in 10-bit high-precision ADC (Analog-to-Digital Converter) provides richer color sampling levels, enabling smooth grayscale transition and preventing image banding.
- Integrated with a complete on-chip ISP (Image Signal Processor), it comes with built-in functions including AE (Automatic Exposure), AWB (Automatic White Balance), gamma correction, color correction and image noise reduction. No external image processing chip is required, which greatly simplifies the design of back-end hardware circuits and cuts down overall development costs and PCB footprint.
- GC0310 Camera Module: Compatible with standard modules fitted with lenses of different angles such as 95°, to satisfy diverse customer demands.
