1. Basic Parameters:
- Resolution: 1280 (H) × 720 (V), 0.92MP. It supports high-definition video capture, stably outputs clear images, and meets mainstream high-definition imaging requirements.
- Pixel Size: 3.0µm (H) × 3.0µm (V). Adopting OmniPixel®3-HS high-sensitivity pixel technology, it effectively enhances light capture capability and optimizes imaging performance in high and low light environments.
- Optical Format: 1/4 inch. Featuring a miniaturized optical design, it is suitable for installation in compact devices and easy to integrate into space-limited products.
- Supply Voltage: Core voltage 1.8V, interface voltage 1.8V, analog voltage 3.3V. It can operate stably under various voltage conditions and ensure sensor reliability.
- Temperature Range: Operating temperature ranges from -30℃ to 70℃. With a wide operating temperature range, it can adapt to diverse working environments.
2. Technical Features:
- Rolling Shutter Technology: Adopts a progressive exposure rolling shutter design with low imaging noise and delicate detail restoration. It features high circuit integration, lower power consumption and cost, making it ideal for high-definition imaging in static and low-speed scenarios.
- Equipped with OmniPixel®3-HS high-sensitivity 3μm pixel technology and backside illumination process, it achieves a sensitivity of 2.066V/lux-sec, a dynamic range of 72dB and a signal-to-noise ratio of 39dB. It delivers excellent scene restoration in extremely low light and strong light conditions, effectively reduces noise, improves image purity, and satisfies clear imaging demands in low-light scenarios.
- The low-power and highly integrated design enables easy integration into wireless battery-powered devices and miniature smart terminals, greatly improving device battery life and portability. Meanwhile, it features a chief ray angle (CRA) of 9°, compatible with consumer-grade optical lens systems to reduce image artifacts and improve image quality. It supports a clock frequency of 6 to 27MHz, which can be flexibly adjusted according to application needs to meet different transmission rate requirements.
- OV9732 Camera Module: Compatible with standard modules with different lens specifications such as 45° to meet diverse customer needs.
