1.Basic Parameters: 

- Resolution: 2688 (H) x 1520 (V), 4 MP; supports multi-resolution output and high frame rates for precise capture of fast-moving objects, eliminating motion blur.

- Pixel dimensions: 2.0 μm (H) × 2.0 μm (V), manufactured using the OmniBSI™-2 back-illuminated pixel technology. Each pixel features ample light-sensitive area, significantly enhancing light intake in low-light conditions while maintaining both imaging clarity and night vision performance.

- Optical format: 1/3-inch, compact and lightweight, ideal for embedded installation in various miniaturized devices while ensuring sufficient light-sensitive surface area to balance size and image quality.

- Power supply voltage: The core voltage is 1.2 V, the interface voltage is 2.8 V, and the analog voltage is 2.8 V, enabling stable operation under various voltage conditions and ensuring sensor reliability.

- Temperature range: The operating temperature spans from-30°C to 85°C, providing a wide temperature range suitable for diverse operational environments.

 

2.Technical Features:

- Curtain shutter technology: Utilizes a curtain shutter design with line-by-line exposure, delivering low imaging noise and fine detail reproduction, along with high circuit integration, optimized power consumption, and cost efficiency, making it ideal for high-definition imaging in static and low-speed scenarios.

- Built-in dual-mode algorithms (line-interleaved HDR and sequential HDR), achieving a maximum dynamic range of up to 100 dB, effectively addressing common imaging challenges such as backlighting, direct strong light, intense nighttime vehicle headlights, and extreme indoor/outdoor contrast. This technology significantly reduces motion artifacts in high-dynamic-range scenes, alleviates computational load on the backend control chip, and delivers well-balanced brightness and darkness in HD images without requiring additional image processing hardware.

- Utilizing OmniBSI™-2 back-illuminated imaging technology, it delivers significantly enhanced sensitivity in low-light conditions and exceptional noise control performance under dim lighting, producing clear and detailed images at night without requiring additional lighting.

- OV4689 Camera Module: Compatible with various lens configuration standards including 142, meeting diverse customer requirements.
