1. Basic Parameters:
The IMX225 (1/3" Sony CMOS, approximately 1.3MP) is a low-light sensor designed for surveillance scenarios. Paired with an ISP such as the NVP2431H, it forms an AHD 960P/720P module. Its core advantages are ultra-low light performance, long-distance coaxial transmission, high compatibility, and low power consumption, making it suitable for upgrading existing analog systems and low-light surveillance scenarios.
2. Technical Features:
(I) Ultra-Low Light Performance and High-Definition Image Quality
• Large pixel size (3.75μm) + high-sensitivity CMOS, starlight-level solution maintains clarity even at 0.0001Lux low light, and imaging is possible at 0Lux with infrared illumination.
• Employs YCbCr 4:2:2 luminance-color separation and 3D noise reduction technology to reduce high-frequency color noise, resulting in sharp details and accurate color reproduction.
• No encoding compression, original analog signal transmission, latency < 30ms, suitable for real-time monitoring and vehicle applications
(II) Long-distance transmission and anti-interference
• Coaxial frequency modulation, 75-5 cable 720P up to 500m, 960P about 300m, far exceeding IP network cable (hundreds of meters)
• Uses existing analog cabling, no need for reconstruction, significantly reducing transformation costs; strong anti-electromagnetic interference (EMI) capability, suitable for complex environments such as elevators, factories, and roads
(III) High compatibility and open standards
• Fully open third-party standards, interoperable with AHD devices from different manufacturers; compatible with traditional analog D1/960H and peripheral devices (distributors, matrices, hard disk recorders)
• Front-end chip integrates ISP (image signal processing) and TX (transmission) into one, making the solution more economical and stable, low power consumption and easy to integrate
• Supports coaxial video control (UTC) and OSD menus, allowing remote parameter adjustment; some vehicle solutions simplify design and eliminate OSD
(IV) Wide voltage range and environmental adaptability
• Some solutions support DC 5–24V/9–15V wide voltage supply, adaptable to various power environments such as automotive and industrial applications.
• Supports 6kV surge protection, ICR infrared filter switching (day/night mode), and digital wide dynamic range, adaptable to scenarios with both strong light and shadow.
• Compact design (e.g., 28×28×9mm, φ18×37mm) for easy embedded installation.
