The HONEPAN 60DE cam indexing drive is a compact right-angle cam indexer whose shaft output suits small rotary indexing mechanisms and light positioning tasks. It brings the same precision cam architecture to space-constrained instruments and bench-top automation, delivering accurate intermittent motion in a very small package.
Despite its miniature footprint, the 60DE retains the backlash-free cam-and-roller design of our full range, so fast cycling does not compromise positional accuracy. Its low-noise operation makes it ideal for clean, quiet work environments.
A rotating globoidal cam engages needle rollers on the right-angle output shaft, converting continuous input rotation into precise intermittent indexing. The cam's dwell section mechanically locks the shaft at each stop, ensuring repeatable positioning without electronic feedback.

A cam indexer converts continuous motor rotation into precise intermittent (stop-and-go) rotary motion. A hardened globoidal cam engages needle roller followers on the output turret, advancing it one station per revolution and mechanically locking it during dwell — no electronic feedback, sensor, or brake is required.
The 60DE features a Shaft (right angle) output, making it easy to mount dial plates, flanges, or fixtures directly. Its compact footprint integrates smoothly into automated assembly, packaging, and inspection workstations.
