The HONEPAN 110DE rotary indexing table offers a right-angle shaft output that redirects drive motion 90 degrees, saving vertical space in compact machine frames. It delivers clean intermittent rotary motion for feeders, indexers, and positioning axes with limited headroom, combining the precision of a cam indexer with a space-efficient drive layout.
Built around a precision globoidal cam and needle roller followers, the 110DE produces crisp, locked indexing with minimal backlash. Its sealed housing protects the internals from contamination, ensuring reliable performance in demanding production environments.
Continuous input rotation drives the globoidal cam, which engages rollers on the right-angle output shaft to produce intermittent rotation. The cam's dwell section locks the shaft at each indexed position, holding it rigid without external brakes. This mechanical lock ensures repeatable, drift-free positioning.
