The HONEPAN 110DA rotary positioning drive features a flange output face that mounts directly to a dial or fixture, delivering clean angular positioning for automated workstations. It is engineered to pair smoothly with servo, stepper, or geared motors, giving you complete freedom in drive architecture while retaining the mechanical precision of a cam indexer.
The flange output simplifies direct dial and fixture mounting, while the backlash-free cam drive ensures repeatable angular position under load. This combination makes the 110DA a preferred rotary positioning gearbox for robotic workcells, indexing fixtures, and precision positioning applications.
Continuous input rotation is converted to intermittent output through a globoidal cam engaging the output flange's needle rollers. The mechanical lock at each dwell position holds the flange rigid, allowing precise angular positioning without relying on servo holding torque. This offloads the motor and improves both energy efficiency and positional stability.

A cam indexer converts continuous motor rotation into precise intermittent (stop-and-go) rotary motion. A hardened globoidal cam engages needle roller followers on the output turret, advancing it one station per revolution and mechanically locking it during dwell — no electronic feedback, sensor, or brake is required.
The 110DA features a Flange output, making it easy to mount dial plates, flanges, or fixtures directly. Its compact footprint integrates smoothly into automated assembly, packaging, and inspection workstations.
